I bought 2. One in Medium and one in small. Oddly, they both fit and both are very comfortable and perfect for post surgery. The top strap adds a gentle pressure on the chest that can help implants settle faster. My under bust measures 33.5 inches around and both small and medium felt comfortable. I am not sure of my cup size since surgery. I had asked for a B, but I think store went larger against my request and with swelling I have no idea...between a B and D I guess.

This was the third from when I purchased from this company. It is a very comfortable quality and the best part is it has everything all in one. A definite must have post surgery for breast augmentation I highly recommend. I recommend buying the size you think you are and the next size up just to be safe. Remember you will have lots of swelling this probably helps to stabilize the breast and the band helps them not to move and stay in one place.

Got this for post surgery and has helped tremendously, especially when I am sleeping. The rib bands are low enough that they dont rub my stitches and material is silky and soft. Very comfortable. I bought 2 sizes, the size I thought I would be + one size up. I am a medium (thought I would be small) and am on the last hooks, and fits perfectly. So, medium is my size.

This bra is exactly the type of bra for patients who have recently had breast surgery. I have tried a lot of breast surgery bras but none are comfortable to wear, no hot, no pain, no bruises under breasts, and does not hurt the incisions. I love wearing this bra because it's smooth, thin, but it still lifts and holds the breast in place. I will buy more 🤣.
