The estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 30 business days.
Replacement/refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control; (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.
You can submit refund/replacement request within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 business days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using your PayPal email account.
We understand some purchases just don’t work out. Our 100% guarantee ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a free exchange. Please note 30 days include order return processing and delivery time. The item MUST be returned within 5 days from the time you receive our return address and tracking details emailed to us at email@example.com.
We simply ask that when you receive an item, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.
Requirements for Return/Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection by our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
– All tags attached
– No smells other than natural product orders
– No animal or pet hair
– No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items
– Original packaging
– Within 30 days from the date you received your initial purchase but tracking details must be submitted to us within 5 days from the time you receive our return address.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 7 days of receiving your returned order. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
For hygiene and safety, qualifying items can only be returned within our refund policy or returned for an exchange provided they meet the requirements above. We do not accept return for underwears, bras and body shapers as these are considered intimate items. If an item has a protective adhesive strip by the time of receiving, it must still be attached upon return.
We may also refuse refund for wrong sizes. So, make sure you measure your size properly or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not sure about your right size.
