Shapewear is an undergarment designed to temporary alter the wearer's body shape, to achieve a more fashionable figure. The function of a shapewear is not to enhance a bodily feature but to make it look more presentable.

A Corset is a garment worn to hold and train waist into a desired shape. Steel boned corsets are worn for many reasons and situations. Some people wear them as a fashion statement, while others wear under clothing for back and posture support. However, many women are looking for that classic hourglass figure to really turn heads at a special event.

Waist Trainer is a reshaping garment that re position, mobilize and breakdown adipose tissue (fat cells) in the stomach, waist and back giving an more defined waist line resulting in an tighter, firmer, curvier figure.

Waist Training is the process of reducing your natural waist size and accentuating curves with the aid of a waist trainer or a tight-laced corset. These garments are meant to give the wearer an exaggerated hourglass figure, which is a tiny waist and curves over the hips.

When getting a new Waist Trainer it may be difficult to get on and may require you to have assistance. It may be uncomfortable the first 24 hours but once it molds and take shape of your body it will allow you to wear it longer. You can wear your garment on top of a shirt, camisole or against the skin either way is effective.

Waist training is like exercise and diet. One healthy meal won't make you healthy, one workout won't make fit. If you stop any of these, the results also stop. Once you reach your goal you should maintain by wearing your garments as often as possible.

Diet and exercise is the key to living a healthy life style. Diet and exercising while waist training will speed up the process and you will see amazing results. Eating clean and being active will also accelerate weight loss while waist training. If you are not active consistency is key, wear your  Waist Trainer for at least 8 hours a day to assure results.

Hand wash your waist trainer and hang to dry only. You can also wipe the garments down with antibacterial or alcohol wipes. Hang your waist trainer at the end of the day after use turn the lining to the outside and hanging over the back of a chair to dry out  Never hang on or near a heat source as this will cause shrinkage and eventual damage to the stitching. 

Waist Trainers garments are completely safe. The key to using trainers is adapting the safe and sane waist training procedures. If your corset or cinchers cause you pain or discomfort, then it is recommended you loosen the trainer or take it off. When properly used, you have a nice feeling as though the cincher is giving you a hug.

Our items are sized by waist measurement. If this is your first time to use a corset/cincher/waist trainer or you are a casual trainer, kindly pick your exact waist size.

If your waist is between two measurements, pick the bigger size. For experienced waist trainers (training up to 8 hrs a day and above), choose a size smaller. Thank you.

All waist trainers should be hand washed with soft detergent and hanged dry.  It is recommended to wash it after each use, particularly after exercising.

Please do not machine wash or iron this item to avoid damage.

Note: The product may arrive with a natural material smell that will fade away after a few washes.
