If you order your regular size though it will be very tight and you'll have to pull the unzippered part about 1-2" above the zipper very tight in order to pull the zipper itself up. As this will horizontally stretch the material while providing compression, this reduces the vertical height - as such the zipper will cause a wave under your shirt, which could be visible under a tight fitting, unpatterned shirt. As such consider ordering 1 side larger, resulting in less compression and easier fit. I'll order my 2nd one a size up, so I have 1 easy fit and 1 for maximum posture control.
